• 1. International Shipping Availability
  We’re delighted to offer international shipping from our warehouse in Antwerp to customers internationally. Each piece is handmade and carefully packed in our signature Her Treasure boxes to ensure it reaches you safely and beautifully.
• 2. Processing Time
  All international orders are processed within 4–5 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. No Cash on Delivery option is available for international shipping. 
• 3. Shipping Charges 
  Shipping rates vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout. 
• 5. Payment Terms
  For all international orders, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. Payments must be completed online at checkout through secure payment gateways. The final payment will be processed in Indian Rupees only.
• 6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
  Due to the logistical complexity of international shipments, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any international orders.
  Please review your order details carefully before completing the purchase.
• 7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
  In the unlikely event that your jewelry arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [info.hertreasure.in] with clear photos of the product and packaging. Our team will do their best to assist you.

Order Tracking
Once shipped, you can track your order using the tracking link sent via email.

Please Note: Sometimes, if the product is out of stock, it could take approximately 25- 30 days for the product to get restocked. We work with the core values of commitment and honesty and will make sure to send the product to you as soon as it restocked. Be rest assured that your money will go nowhere!

• Store in a dry and air-tight space away from moisture.
• Store the product in a zip lock when not in use to avoid tarnishing of any kind.
• Avoid keeping the product in direct sunlight for long hours.
• Avoid bringing it in contact with sweat, perfume and moisturizer.
• Store your jewelry in a jewelry box or other secure container. You can also store your jewelry in a silk or velvet pouch and put each pouch in a decorative shoe box.
• Remove the jewelry before going for a swim, steam or sauna.
• Put jewelry on after applying hairspray and makeup. This goes back to keeping your jewelry dry. Perfumes, hairspray, lotion, and makeup usually contain harsh chemicals that can damage your beautiful jewelry.

Shopping online can be tricky! Hence, we offer a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not offer cash or credit card refunds. All returns will be in the form of a credit note which is valid for 3 months.

To start a return, you can contact us at info.hertreasure@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, please ship the product back to us within 3 working days at your own cost. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Can Everything be Returned?

Yes, as long as it doesn’t fall into any of the following categories:

As you can imagine, personalized items have been made specifically as per your requirements, which is why they are not eligible for refunds.

- No personalized items can be returned.

- This is also applicable to sale items, offer items and free items, unless the product is broken or defected.

We advise you not accept any order if our seal is broken or the box is unsealed at the time of delivery – these orders will not be accepted if returned.

Please note: For Cash on Delivery, you cannot open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery.

DAMAGES 
We are not liable for damages in transit. Please inspect your order upon and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In this case, we will send you a label, and have the product collected. 

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining store credit only, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product, subject to availability.

COLOURS
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on HER TREASURE website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.

NON RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns for sale items or items purchased using a credit note, gift coupon or offer. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
