Cancellation Policy

We work very hard to make each and every product. Full attention is given to details, quality and craftsmanship. Hence we would be super disappointed if an order is cancelled at the door step (in India)

Once the order is placed,

If your order has already been packed by one of our team members and marked for pickup by the courier partner, it cannot be cancelled! This is to keep our employees motivated to work with more efficiency in packing your order so that it can be delivered to you asap! 

If the order is not packed, then it can still be cancelled.

It's on Her Treasure's discretion to decide whether the order can be cancelled or not!
