RETURN POLICY:

Shopping online can be tricky! Hence, we offer a:

  1. 2-day return policy in India which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit.
  2. Due to the complexities of international shipping, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on international orders. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to reach out with any questions before making your purchase. Thank you for your support!

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not offer cash or credit card refunds. All returns will be in the form of a credit note which is valid for  3 months.

To start a return, you can contact us at info.hertreasure@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, please ship the product back to us within 3 working days at your own cost. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Can Everything be Returned?

Yes, as long as it doesn’t fall into any of the following categories:

As you can imagine, personalized items have been made specifically as per your requirements, which is why they are not eligible for refunds.

- No personalized items can be returned.

- This is also applicable to sale items, offer items and free items, unless the product is broken or defected.

We advise you not accept any order if our seal is broken or the box is unsealed at the time of delivery – these orders will not be accepted if returned.

Please note: In India, for Cash on Delivery, you cannot open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery. No Cash on Delivery for International Orders!

 

DAMAGES 


We are not liable for damages in transit. Please inspect your order upon and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In this case, we will send you a label, and have the product collected. 

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining store credit only, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product, subject to availability.

 

COLOURS


We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on HER TREASURE website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.

 

NON RETURNABLE ITEMS


We do not accept returns for sale items or items purchased using a credit note, gift coupon or offer. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
